Teaching Strategies is a leading early childhood education platform, offering curriculum, assessments, professional development, and family engagement tools for educators and families across the United States. Their mission is to empowering teachers and administrators to help children thrive, from birth through third grade.
The Challenge
Teaching Strategies wanted to improve the way they supported their platform administrators, those people responsible for implementing and managing the solutions at their organizations. Their existing reporting was not providing timely insights so Teaching Strategies leaders decided to explore a fully redesigned data storytelling solution that could strengthening administrator relationships, improve retention, and even support sales efforts.
The Solution
Teaching Strategies partnered with Juice Analytics to create an interactive, data-driven the Implementation Insights Report to deliver clear, actionable insights to their partners.
The project kicked off with a workshop led by Juice, bringing together Teaching Strategies leadership to align on key objectives. The workshop focused on identifying critical audience segments, outlining the most important messaging, and setting the structure for the final report.
Juice collaborated closely with the Teaching Strategies team to design, iterate, and build the report, gathering and shaping the necessary data and defining the business logic behind the insights. The solution was built using Juicebox as a front-end interface and Databricks for the data platform.
The final solution includes key metrics around implementation quality, platform usage activity, teacher engagement, and child outcomes. Designed as a flexible, interactive template, the data story supports meaningful conversations with partners and helps them clearly see the value of their work and the progress being made.
Results
The Partner Success Implementation Report was rolled out to Teaching Strategies’ top 300 partners, with plans to expand it to the broader client base of thousands of partners. It has proven to be a powerful tool for deepening partner engagement, retaining existing clients, and supporting the sales team as they introduce Teaching Strategies' solutions to new prospects.
