Excel has a “feature" that shows only the most used choices on a menu. This has been in Excel since Excel 2000. Most experienced users HATE this. Here’s a look.
To turn this off, right click on the menu bar and select “Customize…". Go to the Options tab, and turn on “Always show full menus".
