• An Interface Designer will work independently and with a team to build applications that present data. Juice develops applications using HTML/CSS and Flex. We want to create tools that are innovative in their usability, attractive in their design, and simple yet powerful in their functionality.

There are a few things we really must insist on…

• You must be an individual who is interested in joining Juice full time.
• You must be located in either the Atlanta or DC metro areas.
• You must be a good team member by sharing your expertise, communicating copiously, and being curious about the big picture.
• You must have a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and multi- task. You will need to work independently without the kind of cloying oversight found in big organizations.

• You continually enhance your knowledge and expertise by staying current with both existing and emerging technologies
• Strong writing skills
• Demonstrate that you can pour your energy into something you are passionate about.
• Familiarity with the work of Edward Tufte or Stephen Few. Opinions on same.
• Interest in visualization libraries like prefuse or R
• Interest in communicating through multiple media.
• Ability to teach us something
• Experience with version control
• Interest in programming
